For sale on eBay at no reserve! I’m not sure if the seller is aware it’s a fake, though no serial number has been offered.

Ok, starting with the pot placement, not quite right, then we look at the hardware; it just seems too yellow to be the real gold plating, though that could just be the lighting. As for the fretboard, the binding should go over the frets not under them and the board itself appears to be Rosewood, it should be Ebony.

The truss rod cover has two screws in it so its a fake 2.0 as a lot of the newer fake makers have wisened to the tell tale three screw ones that made these copies easy to spot . The split diamond inlay is not right, both in it’s colour/color and it’s angle, the Gibson logo is also not at the right angle or mother of pearl. The open book headstock is not the right shape and I would hazard a guess from the picture of the back of the guitar (below) that the angle of the headstock to the neck is wrong as well.

Also please note the Gibson sticker on the pot cavity cover, I have never seen a real Gibson guitar with this sticker on it.

A worthy mention is the fake case (top), it’s not a Gibson Custom Shop issue, a real one is shown below it (above).
Thanks to Sonic Sunday of Norway for the tip off.
