Dodgy Les Paul, And I’m Not Talking About The Paint Job.

And the back is pretty out there too:

But it’s not a proper Gibson, if the Asian style writing isn’t a give away, (I’m not sure the boys and girls in Nashville are up on their Kanji), then look at the headstock:

This is becoming more common; though the headstock shape is not quite right, the Gibson inlay looks pretty authentic, however, (as is usual) the placement is slightly off. At a quick glance the Les Paul script is pretty good, but if you look closely you can see the size of the loops are a little too big and the lines have no fluctuation in their width, (really, I am getting that pathological with this). Also the truss rod covers don’t have Les Paul printed on them, (unless it’s on a Les Paul Custom).
